Ray Perez Trigo's Obituary
Ray Perez Trigo, age 81, passed away in Houston, Texas, on June 18th, 2026.
Ray was born on December 5th, 1944, in Alvin, Texas, to Frederico and Guadalupe (Perez) Trigo. He was a Vietnam War Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy and was a proud husband, father, and grandfather.
Ray was a large man with a gentle soul. He was both strong in mind and body and proudly provided love, strength, and support to his family. He approached the world with warmth, curiosity, generosity, and honesty. He was never scared to speak his mind and was adamant in having his way. He loved listening to music and always had a song in his heart. He was fond of telling silly jokes and wanted to make others smile. Ray had a great love for the outdoors and nature - his favorite hobbies were fishing and taking care of farm animals. He was the happiest when his wife, children, and grandchildren were all under the same roof, enjoying each other’s company.
Ray is survived by his loving wife, Sergia Trigo; his son, Ray (Ana) Trigo Jr.; his daughter, Rachel Trigo; his grandsons, Rowan and Royce Trigo; his brothers, Santana Trigo, Johnny Trigo, and Carlos Trigo; and his sisters, Henrietta “Keta” Servin, Elvie Trigo-Watson, and Eva Velasquez.
