Mr. Paul Stephen Ciolli Sr.'s Obituary
PAUL STEPHEN CIOLLI, SR.
2/21/1923 - 2/20/2019
Paul Ciolli passed away peacefully at home with family. He was born and raised in Youngstown Ohio, the third of seven children. Dad earned a football scholarship to John Carroll University in Cleveland. He was an outstanding center and majored in math. Dad’s Army Reserve unit was called to active duty after his sophomore year. He was sent to train at Camp Wallace in Hitchcock and met the love of his life Margaret in Houston. They married at Fort Rucker, Alabama, and he was sent overseas to serve with the 66th Infantry Division in France during World War II. After the war he continued his education at the University of Houston and raised a family of five children. His beloved Margaret passed away in 2011.
Most of Dad’s career was in the energy and civil engineering fields, working at Shell Oil Continental Oil and Shaner Hicks & Cherry. After retiring he maintained his surveyor license and continued as a consultant into his 80s.
Dad is survived by his brother Angelo & Rose Ciolli and numerous Ciolli and Centofanti nephews and nieces:

Also by son Steve & Cathy Ciolli and his children Paul & Gina Ciolli and their daughter Parker; Jennifer and her son Elijah, son Andrew & Jessica Garcia and his sons Gavin & Lucca, and Cathy’s sons Travis and Todd.
Also by son Clayton & Lynn Ciolli and their daughters Amy & Eugene Curtis and daughters Mikaela & Addison; Lisa & Chris Hile and their daughter Sydnie; and Stacy Ciolli & Troy Egbert.
Also by son Kenneth Ciolli & Ann Gillette and his children Mark & Alexi Ciolli and Jason Ciolli.
