Patsy Carolyn Welsh's Obituary
On January 18, 2021, Patsy Atkinson Welsh of Pearland passed from this life to Life Everlasting. Patsy was born to Urvine G. and Bertie Gosch Atkinson in Houston on November 25, 1936.
Patsy graduated from Pasadena High School. After graduating, she worked for Houston Natural Gas Company until she began her career at Exxon where she retired. She was a long-time United Methodist, attending churches in Pasadena and Houston.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Walter Welsh; stepson David Welsh (wife Karen); brother Urvine Atkinson (wife Alice); sister Bertie Jo Bewley (husband Oscar); nephews David Atkinson and Victor Bewley (wife Vicki); niece Ann Bewley; grandnephews Alex Atkinson and McKelvey Bewley; and several cousins.
