Patricia Alviar-Perez's Obituary
Patricia Alviar-Perez, 55, of Pearland, Texas, passed away surrounded by her loving family. She was born to Isabel Rivera and Gonzalo Alviar, Sr. on November 21, 1970.
She is reunited in death by her husband of 35 years, Pedro Perez, Sr. and her parents.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, daughter, Melissa Alviar and her spouse Thomas, and their children Angelina and Thomas; son, Pedro Perez, Jr., and his daughter Ava Marie Perez; and daughter, Leticia Perez and her two sons, Isaac and Isaiah Perez-Williams; her siblings, brother, Gonzalo Alviar, Jr. and his wife, Juanita Alviar and their children, Gonzalo Alviar, III, Cassandra Alviar and Kimberly Salazar; sister, Marisela Nitschmann and her husband Adrian, Sr. and their children, Adrian, Jr., Alexander, and Anthony; along with several nieces, nephews, loving cousins and friends.
A visitation honoring her life will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, beginning at 5pm at South Park Funeral Home, located at 1310 N Main St, Pearland, Texas. A rosary will begin at 7pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Helen's Catholic Church in Pearland, Texas beginning at 10am, located at 2209 Old Alvin Rd., Pearland, Texas. The graveside service will immediately follow.
