I am saddened to learn of this wonderful woman's passing more than two years after it occurred. I was blessed enough to have met this beautiful, outspoken bombshell when she was working in the courtesy booth at Kroger on I-10 East. Our phone conversations were always about life & every aspect of faith and I felt I learned something every time I ever spoke to her. I could always count on Jean telling me of or singing the good word to me, or simply telling me to get a haircut and occasionally finding scripture to say why. She was kind enough to pray with AND for me more than once and I had an open invite to her church. I'm proud to have known this caring person.
