Norine Martha Rodriguez's Obituary
Today, we celebrate the life, legacy, and boundless love of our beautiful mother, Norine Martha Rodriguez, lovingly known as Nana. Born on November 15, 1936, in San Antonio, Texas, she peacefully received her wings on December 21, 2025. For eighty-nine blessed years, Norine shared a heart full of roses, freely given in love, kindness, and devotion to her family and faith.
Norine was a deeply loving and supportive mother who wholeheartedly encouraged her children’s dreams and aspirations. Her life was one of service and generosity. She was committed to volunteering at her church, where she taught children and helped nurture their faith. She proudly served as a den mom for scouting and Brownies, a team mom for numerous sports teams, and a devoted supporter of band activities, always present, always giving, and always leading with love.
She will be remembered as a faithful servant to her community, a steadfast woman of God, and a gentle yet strong leader whose heart of gold touched all who were blessed to know her. Her unwavering faith, compassion, and selflessness leave an enduring legacy that will live on through generations.
Norine is survived by her beloved sons, Martin Morales III and daughter-in-law Michelle, and Jeffery Allen and daughter-in-law Marina, her sister Edna Ozuna, eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many cherished family members and friends.
She was joyfully reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Martin Jr.; her daughter Barbara Jean Piña; her son-in-law Gregory Piña, her great-grandson Liam Rinche, and four beloved siblings.
Though we grieve her earthly absence, we rejoice in the promise of eternal life, trusting that Nana now rests in God’s loving arms, watching over us until we meet again. ❤
