My name is James Garza, Massage Therapist. I met Noe at the Social Security Office back in 2002. I was doing chair massages every two weeks for the employees during their break time. 3 months after starting, Noe asked if I had a massage table and if I did house calls. For the next 18 years (or so), I would come over every 2 weeks for his massage. Then in October 2021, Noe asked me if I would be his caretaker and I started working with him as of that time at the Delaney. Noe had a big heart and a very gentle soul and was a very caring person. He became a loyal friend over the years. Noe and I talked about this day and he wanted this to be a celebration of his life. He did not want sad faces, rather happy ones on this day. My prayers and thoughts are extended to Judy, John and the rest of the family.
