Minnie was always a faithful individual who loved the Lord. She worked over 46 years for Harris County Tax Office. After retirement, she became an avid reader. She enjoyed shopping, was an excellent cook, a good friend and was always happy to be at family gatherings where she would never show up without her son’s favorite Seven-layer dip and her all-time best Cheese dip. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and aunt. This gentle, sweet soul is greatly missed and will be remembered many years for all of her generosities and love.
