Milton served his country honorably in the United States Air Force from 1955-1959.
He would say that his life began in 1965 when he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He devoted his life to witnessing and serving God. He was involved in too many ministries to note them all, but he became very active in Gideon ministry and preached at the Star of Hope mission once a month for the last 50 years. He memorized large parts of the Bible and loved to recite at his church home Sagemont.
His devotion to the Houston Astros must be mentioned, from a young man selling popcorn and peanuts for the Colt 45’s to the Houston Astros World Series win, his love for the game of baseball was absolute.
