Mr. Michael Wade Quinn's Obituary
Michael Wade Quinn, “Mike”, was born on August 24, 1960 and left this world on February 25, 2018 at the young age of 57. Mike was a loving husband and father. Mike and Sandy married in the summer of 1981, and all our worlds changed forever when they welcomed Whitney Lee into our family. She made it complete. Mike was a loving son to Joe and Patsy-- -often testing their patience like most rowdy, teenage boys do! He made them so proud. Mike was a protective big brother to Rhonda. She loved tagging along with him and his friends, much to his dismay!
Mike was passionate about so many things-- -music, cars, their dogs and his family. He loved listening to his favorite bands and relaxing on the back porch. Spending his teenage years living in the Valley, he spent a lot of time at South Padre Island. He and Sandy loved dune buggies and cruising the beach with friends. He couldn’t get enough sunshine and loved being outside with his puppies and his grandson! Mike loved his grandkids and was just getting to know his twin, granddaughters before he went in to the hospital. AJ thought he was the best PawPaw ever because he would watch the movie, Cars, over and over again with him!
Mike leaves behind in this world, his devoted wife, Sondra Quinn of Friendswood; his daughter and her husband, Whitney & Alvaro Marron of Houston; 3 grandchildren—Alvaro, Archer & Arie Marron. He is also survived by his mother, Patsy Quinn of Pflugerville; his sister and her husband, Rhonda & Jeff Prince, also of Pflugerville. Mike was predeceased by his father, Joe Quinn. He leaves behind countless friends and relatives. He will be missed by all…..
