Mr. Michael R. Laney's Obituary
Michael (Mike) Ray Laney, age 57, was a resident of Brazoria County. TX. and passed away on March 3, 2017. Mike was born on April 1, 1959 in Leesburg, Florida to Joe and Lois Darlene Laney. Mike is survived by his parents, Joe Ray and Lois Darlene Laney of Rosharon, TX., daughter Jessica Laney Owens and husband Billy Owens of Colorado Springs, CO., grandsons; Lincoln Owens and Finnegan Owens, brother Jeff Laney (Kelly Turner) of Hitchcock, TX., sister Kimberly Laney Russell and husband Steven Russell of Rosharon, TX., nephew Cody Laney (Alyssa Garza) of Marion, TX., niece Blair Laney Bridges and husband Dustin Bridges of Brazoria, TX., great niece Braylynn Bridges, and great nephew Braxton Bridges. Mike is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ishmael Laney and Emma Frances Laney, Grover Mallory and Polly Mallory.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 12:30 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home.
