Melvin E. Rutherford, born December 12, 1920 to Lewis and Clara Rutherford in Seadrift, TX; passed away on September 25, 2009 in Uvalde, TX. He is survived by daughters, Patricia Lawerence (Dan) and Mary Ann; sons, Earl Rutherford and Dale Roy Rutherford and sisters, Lois (Harold) Cheek and Millie Hood. Melvin will be greatly missed by all.
