Mary was a wonderful person. I will miss her dearly.
I am so sorry for the family's loss. May God be with all of you. I just spoke to Mary on the week before my vacation and she was speaking of going on a vacation since she did not get to go to her overseas trip due to unfortunate circumstances of wars over there.
She was a beautiful person. She and I went to lunch together one day and spoke of family. We were even going to have lunch later after turkey day.
Mary was a good friend at Texas Woman's University.
I will miss her.
GOD BE WITH YOU to the Walker & Jackson family!!!!

Mary was one of my favorite colleagues over my twenty years of being a librarian. She will be sorely missed. My sympathies to the family - Mary was one of a kind.
Mary Jackson was a Librarian Extraordinaire known, respected, and loved by scores of librarians across the country. She was a great lady and a valuable member of the Texas Woman's University Office of Research, also. We always admired Mary's intelligence, quick wit, thoughtfulness, and eloquent way of speaking. To her family, may God hold you in the palm of his hand and grant you the peace and consolation needed to carry on without this great lady. She is making Heaven a brighter place for her presence.
