Ms. Mary Elilzabeth Cogburn's Obituary
Mary E. Cogburn, of Clear Lake, born February 21, 1930, left her family to be with the Lord at the age of 81 on Friday, May 27, 2011. She is survived by her beloved children: Elizabeth Stevens, Cynthia Simmons, Robert Cogburn, and Valerie Hibbetts. Grandchildren: Richard, Travis, Lisa and husband Trey, Taylor, Michelle and Austin. Great grandchildren: Billy, Evan, Sebastian and her long time partner Al Vaculik. A memorial service celebrating Mary's life will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at ten o'clock in the morning at South Park Funeral Home, 1310 North Main Street in Pearland. Viewing times are Monday, May 30th from five to eight o'clock in the evening and Tuesday from nine to ten o'clock in the morning. A celebration of her life will follow the services at Mary's residence. Mary will never be forgotten and will remain in our hearts forever. Thank you to the nurses and doctors at Christus St. John Hospital for their care and compassion for her and the family throughout their time of need.
