Mrs. Martha Mae Hruzek's Obituary
Martha Mae Hruzek, 74, of Pearland, TX entered into rest peacefully in her home on Friday, March 13, 2009. Born in Crane, TX on October 1, 1934, she was preceded in death by her loving Husband, Adolph Hruzek. She is survived by her son, Larry Hruzek; sister, Nelda Witte & husband Conrad; brother, Vernon Tilley, Jr. & wife Helen; sister-in-law, Loraine Michalek & husband Gene; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marty was a proud member of the Catholic Daughters, Lioness Club, and past President of the Decorative Artists of Texas. She will be greatly missed by all her family, friends and neighbors. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 16, 2009 at SouthPark Funeral Home. A Mass Celebrating Marty's life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at St. Helen Catholic Church, 2209 Old Alvin Rd. in Pearland. In lieu of flowers, you may make a contribution in her name to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org. Interment to follow at SouthPark Cemetery.
