Ms. Marilyn Kay Maglitto's Obituary
Momma was simple. She loved people, and especially had a heart for young women. Her greatest virtue, without doubt, was that she constantly had eyes off self, and on all of us. What made her heart full, was to pour herself into others, expecting nothing, wanting only to make your road a little less rocky. No matter how bad she felt, she would always say "Hey, I'm alright, my Father is carrying me through this, and I'm ok with whatever He wants for me". She meant that, from her heart of hearts. One of the last things she told me was this, "You can handle anything placed in front of you, because The Father allowed it to be in your path, to increase your strength". She told me that, knowing full well, that I would tell all of you. We are blessed to call her, Mom. She may have had imperfections, but, she was the perfect person to raise each of us. We are thankfully molded, in her image. She only wanted each of you to remember, the greatest gift you can give anyone, is just to love them. It costs you nothing, yet gives you everything. Finally, do what she did. Give your life to The Father, unconditionally, and live your life song. She sang hers loud and proud to Him, fearlessly, all the way Home. Can't wait to lay in her lap again, and just be still. Love you Momma. Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"
