Margaret Elizabeth Hogue
Friendswood, Texas – Margaret Elizabeth Hogue, age 30, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2023. She was born in Pasadena, Texas on April 30, 1993. Margaret found joy in simple pleasures, from sitting by a warm fire to the changing of seasons. Her love for family gatherings, music, movies, and the serene beauty of aquariums filled her life with happiness.
Dedicated advocates, Margaret, with the support of family and friends raised awareness and research funding for Rett Syndrome, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched.
Family visitation will be from 4-5 pm on Wednesday, November 15, followed by visitation for family and friends from 5-7 pm in the chapel at Southpark Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Southpark Funeral Home and Cemetery, burial following.
Margaret is survived by her loving parents, Barrie and Randy Hogue, her adoring sister and husband, Mary and Tyler Stowe, Grandfather, Brian A. Hughes and numerous family and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents Rae Russell Hughes, Geneva and Morris Hogue, and Gloria Ferrari Hughes.
