Margaret Mary Coon's Obituary
Margaret Coon, age 88, passed away on October 9, 2021 at her residents. Margaret was born one of 13 children on, October 17, 1932 in Merino, Colorado. She was a longtime resident of Alvin, Texas and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She worked for over 30 years taking care of the residents at the Alvin Convalescent Center.
Margaret is preceded in death by her parent, Pedro and Florence Barba, her husband James Coon, her son Michael Coon and 9 brothers and sisters.
Margaret is survived by her son Timothy Coon, sisters Angela Benavides and Josephine Velasquez and her brother Pete Barba, grandchildren Vanessa Lindsay, Chris Coon, and Michael Coon and six great grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
