Margaret “Margie” Lucille Adams, 83 of Alvin, TX passed away peacefully from this life into eternal life on October 19, 2020 at her home in Alvin, TX. She was born October 2, 1937 to parents William Franklin Higgins and Opal Lelar Langston Higgins in Rusk, TX. She attended Alvin Community College. In 1976 she met Roy Donald Adams and they wed in 1977. She was a member of the Red Hats of Alvin, TX and enjoyed attending the Missionary Baptist Church of Alvin. She was proceeded in death by her father William Franklin Higgins; mother Opal Lelar Langston Higgins; and her husband, Roy Donald Adams, also her brother R.V. Higgins. She is survived by her sister, Pamela Joe Kern and spouse Kenneth; daughter, Trelia Theresa Pemberton and spouse George; and son, Carroll Bradford Webb and spouse Rebecca. She will also be lovingly remembered as Nanny by her 7 grandchildren: Trelia Renee Shaw and spouse John, Margaret Regina Lyons and spouse Cecil, Jonathan Lucus Crippen, and Jeffrey Lawrence Crippen and spouse Colleen, Stacy Nichole Sosa and spouse Andres, Kyle Bradford Webb and spouse Yahaira, and Matthew Christopher Webb; along with 16 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
