Mamie Watson Williamson was born August 25, 1913 in Alief, Texas to Maurice and Augusta Watson. She is survived by her children, Larry Gaidosek & Gail, Duane (Buzzy) Gaidosek & Bobbie, Sandra Gaidosek Jones & Russell, Marilyn Bowers Maglitto & Dwayne Parrish, Tom Bowers & Darlene, & Robert Bowers. She has 18 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 2 1 1/2 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Myrtle Reeves of Orchard and brother, Arnold Watson of Pearland. Mamie was predeceased by her parents, husband John Gajdosik, and Otis Bowers, 2 sisters, Janie Peters and Maude Schlessiger and 1 brother, Alvin Watson of Pearland.
Mamie was a charter member of Grace Methodist church in Manvel and member of Pearland Historical Society. Mamie worked until the age of 90 "taking care of old people".
Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters.
