Mr. Malcolm Lowe Gregory's Obituary
Malcolm Lowe Gregory passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday June 12, 2012 at the age of 86. He was born August 5, 1925 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Gregory and May Terry Gregory, and three brothers, Milton, Robert, and Russell. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Lillis Gregory, and many nieces and nephews.
Malcolm grew up in Houston, and upon graduation from high school he proudly served our country in the US Navy during WWII. After his military service, he returned to Houston and went to work at Tennessee Coal & Iron, where he met Lillis. He changed employment to Arco, where he retired after 34 years of service.
A Celebration of Malcolm's Life will be held Friday, June 15, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in The Chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home. A gathering of friends and family will take place from 5-7 p.m. Thursday June 14, 2012 at SouthPark Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Easthaven Baptist Church, Building Fund, 13100 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas 77089.
