Mrs. Luella Smith's Obituary
Luella J. Smith, born in 1923 in Sadler, Texas peacefully passed away on Thursday, November 8, 2012 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her children, son Gary and wife Debbie Smith, daughter Sue Rightly, and son Larry and wife Ann Smith. Nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Brother Charles L. Walker and wife Geraldine, sister Patsy Tamplin and husband Claude as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive her. Preceded in death by her parents Charles and Elsie Siebert Walker, love of her life, husband Marvis, brothers, V. L. Walker and Billy Walker and sisters Madge McGuire and Helen Griffin. Luella was a proud, active volunteer at Bayshore Medical Center up until her death and a member of Broadway Baptist Church. A woman of strong faith, she loved God, her family and her many friends. She lived her life by example and was a role model for her children, grandchildren and great grand children. Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great grandsons. We miss you greatly.
