Lucila F Cadriel's Obituary
Our Beloved Lucila F. Cadriel (Lucy), eighty-nine years old, of Pearland Texas, passed away on Thursday December 7, 2023.
Visitation will be held on Monday December 11, 2023 from 4-5pm (family only) and 5-8pm (public) at South Park Funeral Home in Pearland Texas.
Funeral Service will be on Tuesday December 12,2023 at 10am and Burial to follow at 11am. Funeral arrangements are being handled by South Park Funeral Home and Cemetery Pearland Texas.
Lucy was born in Kingsville Texas on January 20, 1934, she was a full time Loving Mom, Dedicated Wife and Adoring Grandma!
Lucy was married to Guadalupe Cadriel (Lupe) on July 3, 1951; they were married 72 years.
Lucy was very actively involved in the ministry with her loving husband at Iglesia Emanuel until their retirement. She also enjoyed cooking, making tortillas and spending many hours surrounded by her family joking and laughing the days away. She never let a day go by without acknowledging her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, she relied on the power of prayer for her family daily.
Lucy is survived by Her husband Guadalupe Cadriel, her daughters Jovita Frutos, Hilda Talbot (Rick), Odilia Truss (Curtis), Delma Martinez (Armando), Elizabeth Carreon (Daniel), her son Joel Cadriel (Sonia), her sister Margarita Utley, Thirteen Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandchild.
Lucy is preceded in death by her dear son Guadalupe Cadriel (Tony), son in law Margarito Frutos (Rito), her Parents Macedonio and Otila Flores, her
Sister Otilia Zamora and her Brother Octavio Flores.
