Mrs. Linda D. Arolfo's Obituary
Linda D. Arolfo, 57, of Friendswood, TX entered into heaven on Monday January 14, 2013. She was born on January 14, 1956 in Houston, Texas to Donnell and Jaqueline Davis. She met the love of her life Lawrence Arolfo, as a young girl at Webster Intermediate. It was love from the start. Linda went off to college at Steven F. Austin State University, briefly but couldn't bear being apart from Lawrence. They were married one year later on December 21th 1974 and they were married for 39 years. She is survived by her husband Lawrence Arolfo and two children: Lauren Perry and Chris Arolfo, and one grandchild: Charlotte Perry. She is also survived by her sister, Lisa Shaw. Though Linda's life was quickly changed by Frontotemporal Dementia, she lived a full life. She worked extremely hard to earn her Bachelor's degree in Accounting from University of Houston, while raising her two young children. Through the years she worked as an dental office administrator, accountant, systems analyst, and manager. Linda was both artistic and analytical. As a break from crunching numbers, Linda and her friend opened a business called Small Wonders where they created personalized crafts. Linda loved to cook and bake, and has made and decorated several friends and family members' wedding cakes. She was a friend to everyone and instantly loved by all she met. She always went out of her way to help everyone around her. If you would like to make a charitable donation to The association for frontotemporal degeneration www.theaftd.org
