Lewis Damon Holland's Obituary
Lewis Damon Holland, age 68, died of cancer on February 13, 2025, in his home, Houston, TX.
Lewis is survived by his wife Diana Coleman Holland and his daughter Carrie Ann Holland, his grandchildren John Calo, Jameson Calo, Juliette Calo, and Jenavieve Calo. Also, Lillian Clements, Jonathan Clements and Ethan Clements. He is preceded in death by his parents Fred David Holland and Jaqueline U. Hemlt of Reedsport, Ore. His Brother Fred David Holland Jr of Hockley.
Lewis was born in Houston, TX and moved to Louisiana and Oregon. He came back to Houston where he met and married his wife Diana Lynn Coleman. They would have been married 42 years on May 21, 2024.
Lewis went back to college after his children were born and received a certificate of business management and an associate’s degree in applied science. Lewis greatly enjoyed working with wood. He built furniture, cradles, rocking horses and was a general “Mr. Fix it.” There wasn’t much he couldn’t fix.
He is survived by his spouse, daughter Carrie, Brother Tallie, Sister Cathy, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
