Mr. Lester George Byron III's Obituary
Lester George Byron III, was born December 31, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Lester George Byron Jr., and MaryLouise Raufus Byron.
He passed from this life to be with his Lord on December 20, 1029.
Lester was a graduate of Milby High School in Houston, Texas. He served in the United States Navy retiring as Lieutenant with 24 years of service. He was also a small business owner serving the needs of the community for 10 years.
He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, cooking, star gazing, listening to music, and spending time on the water-anywhere.
Lester’s personality tended towards a quick wit sense of humor. He made friends wherever he went and was considerate and respectful to others.
He is survived by his daughter Ursula Byron Zick, her husband Eric, and grandchildren Ethan, Caleb, and Kaitlyn of Ft. Worth, Texas; his son Lester George Byron IV and his wife Sydney of Fayetteville, NC.; his sister Martha Byron McAnally and husband Scott of Houston, Texas; his brother Louis Raufus Byron of Houston, Texas; and his loving dog Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents.
