I had to be probably under 10yrs old and would often visit my cousins Jackie, Jimmy, Janice and Jill whom I think was a year younger than me (we were besties) as well as cousins when they lived across the street in ElJarden from Larry. I remeber we were playing in the front yard and Larry walked over across the street to see Jackie Lynn. Had a wonderful personality, was very funny and a great smile. He was just a very nice young man. So friendly and silly but none the less he was just memorable. That was the only time I had a met him and saw him. But He was very kind to all of us and I have held that memory. Much later I found out that Jackie Lynn had indeed married "the boy next door/across the street". I was very happy for her because he was a nice boy. Years past and Jackie and I connected on FB. Pictures of children, grand children and gggrands, Aunt Myrtle Ruth, Janice Ruth and Jill Sharon, food ♥️ herself and Larry! He looked just like the boy I remembered from across the street in ElJardin! I wish we all could have been together as we got older, wiser and for me, smarter. I truly am happy I remember Larry. I have many great memories of my cousins, Aunt and Uncle probably enough to fill a book! But am glad I have that one memory of Larry. From what you have written in his obituary both of you were very blessed over your many years together with God, family and church! Larry is now in the arms of Jesus smiling and probably cutting up a bit don't you think? We know our Heavenly Father has a sense of humor and a glorious smile too!!
