Kochuthresiamma Nellikkattil's Obituary
Kochuthresiamma Nellikkattil, lovingly known as Lilly Kutty, lived a life rooted in faith, family, and quiet strength. Born in Ullala, Kerala, she dedicated her life to nurturing those around her. With her husband and five children, she immigrated to the United States, building a life first in Chicago and later in Houston.
Lilly Kutty will be remembered for her quiet devotion—expressed through lovingly prepared meals, motherly words of guidance, and whispered prayers. Her life was anchored in unwavering faith, which she passed on through daily acts of love and steadfast strength.
A devout Christian, she lived each day in prayer and service to her loved ones. Rosary was her daily companion, and she faithfully gathered her family for evening prayer. Her deep reverence for the Church shaped her life, urging her loved ones to attend Mass and live their faith daily.
Though she has departed from this world, her spirit lives on in the memories shared, the values she instilled, and the deep love she gave freely. While we mourn her loss, we find peace in the life she lived—with faith, sacrifice, and love.
Funeral services will be held at St. Joseph Syro Malabar Catholic Forane Church on June 13 at 9:30 AM, followed by interment at SouthPark Funeral Home. All who knew her are welcome to join in honoring her life.
