Mrs. Kittie Marie Yount's Obituary
Kittie M. Yount, 55 yrs. old resident of Pearland/Manvel died of COPD Friday night, December 6, 2013. Kittie was born in Panama City, Florida on November 16, 1958 to the late Jack and Linda Bolin, the couple divorced. Two years later her mother, Linda married the late Carl Arrasmith; he adopted Kittie and her brother, Jay and raised them as his own. Kittie flourished thru school; she was a band member earning numerous awards and graduated in 1977 from Hisperia High School in Hisperia, Michigan. In 1982 Kittie moved to Pearland, Texas with her son, Jeremy Thomas, he was 3 years old. She met and fell in love with Larry W. Yount. They were married on February 3, 1984 and became a family. Kittie gave birth to Brandon W. Yount on December 7, 1984. Kittie was a dedicated wife and loving mother. She was known for her generosity and a giving heart. Kittie enjoyed her 27 year career at U.T.M.B. Houston. She was a member and officer of Tops Pearland for 7 years. Kittie is survived by her husband, Larry W. Yount; sons, Jeremy Richard Thomas and wife, Carrie and Brandon W. Yount; granddaughter, Emalyn; brother, Jay Arrasmith of Alvin, Texas; sister, Paula Culp of Michigan and many nieces and nephews. Kittie has passed into the light of our Savior Jesus Christ and will be missed by many who know and loved her.
