Ms. Khanh N. "Kathy" Nguyen's Obituary
Dr. Khanh (Kathy) Ngoc Nguyen, age 47, passed away on February 13, 2017 in Houston, Texas. She was born in Saigon, Vietnam on December 21, 1969 and was the cherished daughter of Mike and Nancy Nguyen. She graduated in the top ten of J Frank Dobie High School and continued her excellent academics receiving her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Houston followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of Texas Dental Branch in 1994. Her exemplary service and commitment to the dental field helped her establish Southwest Dentists as one of the busiest practices in the southwest Houston area where she had a loyal patient base which spanned over two decades and several cultures. Her unrivaled generosity and kindness will forever be remembered by all those around her. She is survived by her brothers Son, Viet, Khanh (Ken), David, and her parents Mike and Nancy. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 16, 2017 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Friday, February 17, 2017 from 2:00 until 9:00 PM at Southpark Funeral Home 1310 North Main St. Pearland, Texas 77581. Her wonderful spirit will be celebrated at a 2pm funeral service at South Park Funeral Home on Saturday February 18. The burial will be at 3pm at South Park Cemetery
