Mrs. Jullian Del Bello Davis' Obituary
Jullian Del Bello Davis 98 of Manvel, Texas passed away on December 23, 2018 at her home in Manvel. Aunt Judy was born in the family home in Manvel,Texas on July 20,1920. She was the daughter of of Celeste and Daiminica Del Bello. Aunt Judy lived in Manvel, Houston and El Campo in her long life of 98 years. Aunt Judy was the youngest sibling of 12: Joe, Frank, Angelo,Victor, Albert,Ben,Jimmie,Stella,Maggie,Lillian and Olga. Aunt Judy's husband,Frank Davis, passed away on April 1,1979. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Jane Davis and numerous nieces and nephews.
She especially remembers her life in Manvel riding horses in the open fields and pastures in Manvel. This was at a time the population of Manvel was less than 100. As the youngest of the family she was also the most spoiled according to her brothers and sisters. Aunt Judy also enjoyed her many trips to Galveston; staying at Gaido's Seasidw Inn. We always had to stop on the way home to pick up a couple of dozen Gingerbread cookies.
Aunt Judy was a Master Quilter and made many quilts. Over the past year she gave away most of her quilts. She made the quilt that is on her casket. She was a giving person, jewelry, quilts, plants and furniture.
Services will be held at South Park Cemetery in Pearland on December 29, 2018. Visitation to start at 1pm and funeral services to begin at 2pm
