Mr. Joseph Anthony Massey's Obituary
Joseph A. Massey
1956 – 2019
Joseph A. Massey passed away peacefully on April 13, 2019 after a long illness.
Joseph was born in Waco, TX to Jay Massey and Betty Wilcox. He attended W. B. Ray High School in Corpus Christi, TX and after working in the Petrochemical Industry for several years, received a degree in Radiologic Technology from Del Mar College in 2001. He worked in the Houston area until his passing.
Joseph was a thoughtful and caring friend and loved his children completely. He loved working on and cruising in his corvette. He enjoyed working on projects from patios to fish ponds to tinkering in the garage. He also enjoyed going to the shooting range with his buddies. An avid Cowboys fan, he loved his football Sundays. Joseph had a great sense of humor, a natural jokester, and was fun to be around. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
He is survived by his children; Keegan, Chance, Dillon, and Julia, sister Mary Alice Hall, brother Michael and several nephews who will sorrowfully miss him.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Liver Foundation, liverfoundation.org.
