Joseph Wong Kwan's Obituary
Joseph Wong Kwan passed away May 8, 2017, he was born June 28, 1936 to Wing and She Kwan Philippines. “Daddy Joe” as he was affectionately known by many, loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed cooking, playing Mahjong and drinking his coffee. In his younger years, he enjoyed attending cock fights. He had an Electrical Mechanical Engineer degree. Joseph was a founding member of F.I.S.C.A.S. Filipino Senior Citizen "Apo"stolic Society, which they took care of grandchildren and met every month. Daddy Joe is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Abdulia Kwan; daughter Audrey Orlino; Grandchildren: Joseph Orlino, Rose Cusipag, Jerego Orlino, Jeremy Orlino, Julianne Orlino; Great-granddaughters: Brooklyn Orlino and Jaslyn Cusipag; Sisters: Georgia Cheung and Margaret Mar; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Family will receive friends at the chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home on Friday, May 12, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at the chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 10:00 am followed by interment at SouthPark Cemetery.
