Mr. John J. "Jack" Richardson, 79, of Houston, entered into rest on Monday, February 14, 2011. Right out of high school, Jack signed a contract to play baseball with the Pittsburgh Pirates. In later years, Jack joined the U.S. Treasury Department in the I.R.S. serving as an Agent and Auditor. Jack was preceded in death by parents, Harry Richardson and Catherine Richardson, son, Daniel T. Richardson and infant son, Michael Scott Richardson, sister, Rosemary Mueller and daughter-in-law, Julie King Richardson. Survivors include his loving wife, JoAnn Richardson; daughters, Kimbra Johnson and her husband, Dirk and Taminy Ann Jaso and her husband, Rupert; sons, Timothy Richardson and his wife, Diana, Rick Richardson, Michael Scott Richardson, II and his wife, Tami Lynn, and David Kip Richardson and his wife, Stacey; grandchildren, Ricky John Richardson, Parker Richardson, Tyler Holmes, Sean Richardson, Katy Richardson, Kassi Richardson, Cody Richardson, Micah Richardson, Kynzi Jaso, Loryn Richardson, Lexi Jaso, Marah Richardson, David Richardson and Bri Jaso; great grandchildren, Jayden Richardson, Jordan Richardson, Caleb Richardson and Abby Richardson. He also leaves to cherish his memory numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
