Last Monday 9/28/2020 marked the passing of a kind Christian friend and exceptional mechanical engineering colleague of mine and many for so many years. Richard Holman lived a memorable and meaningful life for 71 years, personally and professionally.
I've known Richard (who lives near my Pearland home) since 1987 when I was selling custom stainless steel & higher nickel alloy pressure vessels to him when I worked at Chem-Fab in Freeport, TX and later selling similar pressure vessels for Offenhauser Company, Houston. Richard was an honest, consumate professional to have for a customer and work with for many years, through the good times and the lean times. Richard and his beloved wife, Cindy, attended my 10:30 A.M. Saturday morning marriage @ UH chapel to my Paula 24 years ago this November.
The Richard Holman family legacy (his children and grand children) is rich in grace, because of their wonderful mother and father, and have been in my prayers since last MONDAY and will continue to be prayed for during this time of remembrance. Richard's spirit has now rejoined his dear wife Cindy in Heaven. Together again. This time, forever. Well done, sir. Shalom, my friend. Peace be with you.
