John Joe Barak, 89, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather passed away on Wednesday, December 17th in Pearland. He was born February 14, 1919 in Ellinger, TX to Joseph and Minnie Barak. John is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Dorothy Barak; son, Johnny J. Barak; daughter, Shirley Northcutt and husband Kendall; grandchildren, Bryan, Courtney and Jessica Northcutt; brother, Frank Barak; sister, Earlene Pollock. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 21st from 1-4 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home in Pearland, TX. A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, December 22nd at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home.
