Joe is survived by his dear mother Carmen Banda and his siblings Patricia Aguilar, Linda De La Cerda and husband Seferino De La Cerda, Mike and Sylvia Cruz, brother John Banda and Conrad R. Ybarra. His nephews and nieces who he loved so dearly.
Joe was born in Houston, TX. He graduated from San Jacinto Jr College with Associates in Criminal Justice.
Joe was so devoted to his family with so much love and caring in his quite way. He gave secretly from his heart to his love ones and friends. That was who he was. We love you ad miss you so much.
