Jlean McMillan's Obituary
Jlean McMillan 81 passed of natural causes with COPD on October 21, 2024, Pasadena, Texas Peacefully In her home with her children.
Jlean was born on December 13, 1942 in Houston, Texas to Virginia Midlstadt and adopted by Jake and Jewel Robison at birth.
She is survived by daughters; Crystal Finger and Julie Rangel, sons Chris and Craig McMillan and sister Jackie Maestas. She is preceded in death by Jake and Jewel Robison, Virginia Midlstadt, Charles McMillan and Billy Walthal.
She graduated from Incarnete Word Academy Downtown Houston. She Was Married to Charles McMillan for over 50 years but not together the whole time. They had 4 children- Crystal, Chris, Craig and Julie. She was introduced to Billy Walthall around 1980 by their children and her family grew to include Darwin Walthall, Shanda Jodzio and Billy Glen Walthall. They were together for a good 35 years. Billy passed this past year.
She took business classes at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas before going into the commercial decorating business with Charles. She was a mom and housewife for many years. Then a dance instructor. For 13 years with Patty Owens dance Academy. Then going on to have a couple of her own dance studios. She was also working for a printing company for many years. Then started her own screen printing company Active Arts Screen Printing.
She was involved in Faith Springs Baptist Church Pearland, Chamber of Commerce Pasadena and Neighborhood Centers Pasadena. She enjoyed traveling, dancing and reading her bible. And she absolutely loved the mountains, the Sequoia Trees, Zion Utah and Yosemite Ohio and Flagstaff Arizona
She was very witty and funny. We laughed a lot. It was her favorite thing. Oh and she loved all of the dogs she had over the years.
She will be missed and never ever forgotten.
