Mrs. Jewel Irene Kirkpatrick Barnhardt's Obituary
Jewel Irene Kirkpatrick Barnhardt, born April 10, 1911 in Doole, Concho County, Texas passed away October 15, 2013 in Rusk, Texas. Jewel was a member of Park Place Baptist Church, National Society Daughters of American Revolution - ASA Underwood Chapter, National Society Colonial Dames SVII Century - Tejas Bluebonnet Trails Chapter, Micajah Fort Chapter - Daughters of 1812, and Order of the Eastern Star. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Arthur Barnhardt, her parents Edward Slater and Maggie Lena King Kirkpatrick, and 11 brothers and sister. Survived by a cousin, numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and their children. The family will receive visitors Saturday, October 19, 2013, starting at 9 a.m. with a remembrance service to be held at 10 a.m. in the chapel of SouthPark Funeral Home, 1310 N.
