Mr. Jesse Milton Eisworth Jr.'s Obituary
Jesse Milton Eisworth, Jr., 80, died August 27, 2008 in Houston, TX after a brief illness. Milton was born on December 15, 1927 in Baton Rouge, LA. After finishing his college career at Mississippi State, he became an auto dealer in Bogalusa, LA., where he and his wife Peggy raised their family. He will be missed by his wife of 59 years, Peggy Magee Eisworth and his six children: Linda E. (Guy) Ridout, Sandy E. (Coby) Francis, all of Houston, TX; Jeffrey M. Eisworth of Baton Rouge, LA; Peggy E. (Randy) Stogner of Albany, LA.; Clinton L. Eisworth and his partner, Keith Thomas of Denver, CO, William J. (Valerie) Eisworth of Brewer, ME. Milton will also be missed by his nine grandchildren: Amy Kneeppel, James and Grover Francis, Rachel and Eileen Eisworth, Matthew Stogner, Sarah Goodman, Nathan and George Eisworth, and several great-grandchildren. Milton is preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Evelyn Eisworth, his brother Warren Eisworth and his sister Gerry E. McDaniel and two grandchildren: Jess Kneeppel and Macey Simmons. Milton enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life but was most passionate about fishing. He loved to fish and shrimp the Gulf coast--Milton could always find the fish!
As he wished, his family will gather to scatter his ashes at his favorite fishing spot. The family asks that remembrances be made to Houston Hospice at the Texas Medical Center: 1905 Holcombe, Houston, TX 77030-4123.
