Jesse Delgado Jr., born on January 24, 1967, in Houston, Texas, and raised in the Magnolia neighborhood, passed away on March 24, 2026.
Jesse was a devoted father, beloved son, caring brother, proud uncle, and a loving partner. He was the proud father of Jessica Rose Delgado, Jesse Delgado III, Veronica Ann Delgado, Abigail Lemos, Crystal Piñon, and Dulce Perales, and a cherished grandfather to Jaelynn, John, Avery, Alaiyah, Alani, Krystalina, Kailo, Zailah, Jazlynn, Lailene, and Tiffany.
He shared a loving and devoted relationship with his partner, Carmina Perales.
He had a deep passion for lowriders and classic cars, often spending his time admiring and enjoying their beauty and craftsmanship. Jesse also loved oldies music and had a special interest in collecting baseball cards. He enjoyed traveling and visiting beautiful places, spending time at cookouts with family and friends, and watching sports, especially football.
Jesse was known for his warm heart, genuine spirit, and the way he could make anyone around him smile. He had an incredible sense of humor and a way of bringing laughter into every room. He was truly a sweet and kind soul who touched the lives of so many.
Jesse was diagnosed with cancer 11 years ago and fought courageously until the very end. He passed peacefully on March 24, 2026, surrounded by love. The last words he heard were “Te Amo” from his fiancée before taking his final breath.
Jesse will be remembered for his authenticity, his humor, and the love he gave so freely. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral Services
Services will be held on Sunday, March 29, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A burial service will take place from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., followed by a special final ride through his neighborhood in honor of his life and legacy.
