Janis Dwyer was Born on 11/07/1952.... Went to be with the Lord on 09/28/2013. Janis is preceded in death by her parents John Holland & June Stacey and her brother Terry Holland. Janis is survived by her loving Husband of 30 years, Tom Dwyer & her loving son, Jeremy Dwyer. Survived by her sister Sherry Gaetz & husband Earl; Brothers Micky Holland & wife Pat; Dennis Holland & wife Donna and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, aunt, uncles, in-laws and out-laws.
Janis was born in Houston, Texas and at a young age went to work for Kroger. Janis retired from Kroger with 40 years of service. She loved going to the Lake house in Etoile to go fishing and on occasion would sneak over to Louisiana to try her hand @ luck...... Often breaking even but sometimes bringing home a bit extra. Janis was the rock of her family and was always the one to be called upon if there was a need. All of her nieces and nephews will tell you aunt Janis was the best cook in the south, besides Grandma Holland. Whether it was Cornbread dressing @ Thanksgiving dinner, Home made Peanut brittle @ Christmas Time, Chicken & Dumplin's @ the Poker Parties, or a Big ol' Pot of Gumbo just because...... Her time here on Earth was cut short but her time in Heaven is eternal.
