Janet Clugston Ressling
February, 21, 1936 - September 18, 2009 Janet Clugston Ressling of Conroe, Texas, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed into the loving arms of her Lord on Friday, September 18, 2009. She was born February 21, 1936 to Eula and Albert Clugston of New Orleans, Louisiana who preceded her in death. Janet is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Dr. Richard C. Ressling; her children Rene' Wiley and her husband, Ben, Robin Ballew, Stephen Ressling and his wife, Merric, Wendy Baldwin, and Rodney Ressling and his wife, Lisa. Also surviving are fourteen adoring grandchildren: Rachel, Samantha, Sarah, Lauren, Leslie, William, Matthew, Mary Catherine, Nicholas, Nate, Clay, Ginger, Richard, and Julia. She is also survived by her sister, Susan Kimmons. Janet was fulfilled in life by her family, friends and her Catholic faith. She also enjoyed fine art, sewing, traveling, cooking, and gardening. She traveled the world with her family and close friends, but it was her family that always brought light to her blue eyes. A liturgical rosary and eulogy service will be held Wednesday evening, September 23 at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 109 North Frazier, Conroe, Texas. A funeral Mass to honor her life will be held Thursday morning, September 24 at 10:30 a.m., also at Sacred Heart Church of Conroe. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to favorite charities of Janet, The Depelchin Children's Center at www.depelchin.org or Birthright of Montgomery County, 1300 S.
