I became acquainted with Janet through Girl Scouts and our friendship continued while working at Pearland ISD. She was a role model in scouting, always positive and never had a negative word for anyone.

I was saddened to hear of Janet's passing. I got to work with Janet for the years I was in Pearland ISD. She always had a smile and was always willing to help. Janet will be missed by all.

From the day I interviewed in Pearland ISD (she walked me back with good conversation and a smile) to the day that she retired, she was always such a wonderful person to talk to and be around, and I enjoyed speaking with her any time I could.
