So sorry. A great person we have lost. Coach James coached my son, Taylor Burns baseball team. He would stay after practice and coach Taylor in pitching one on one . He didn't have to, he just did. Our family would see James at the ball fields all the time. He was a kind man. May God shower you with love, comfort and peace.

James Borrego and Allen Fowler are my best friends. We shared many good memories as part of the South Houston High ROTC drill team. We had victories and losses, good times and bad times, fun times and hard times. Our two favorite teachers were Chief Dinwiddie and Mr. White. Not too long ago, all three of us returned to South Houston High to present the school with a US flag that was flown in combat. We look forward to seeing James again in Heaven.

James was my 1st nephew, he was always around when we needed him and came to all of our family functions like weddings, quinceañeras and such. He was at the hospital for each of our surgeries. He was an integral part of our family. He was loved and will be sorely missed, RIP James, may the lord shower you with blessings!!!
