Jalissa Marie Valencia's Obituary
Jalissa Marie Valencia was born on March 17, 1994 in San Diego, California to Maria Fe
Valencia and Rodel Valencia. Jalissa passed away on March 6, 2024 at the age of 29 in
Houston, Texas. She was surrounded by loving family and friends.
Jalissa will always be remembered for her infectious laughter, which could be heard from miles
away. Her playful way of hitting you on the arm when she told a funny story will forever bring a
smile to our faces. She was the life of every party, our biggest hype man, and the glue that held
her loved ones together. The best way to describe her personality was hilarious, optimistic, and
endearing.
We feel blessed to have known Jalissa and to have experienced the warmth of her friendship.
Though she may be gone, her spirit lives on in the memories we hold dear. She was the very
best of us. Her love knew no bounds and was truly one of a kind – a once in a lifetime kind of
love. Rest in peace, dear friend.

She is survived by her loving parents, Rodel and Maria Fe Valencia; siblings, Jacinda (Cindy),
Rodney, Romel, and Abraham Joseph (AJ); family dog, Charlie.
A memorial service to celebrate Jalissa’s life will be held at South Park Funeral Home 1310 N.
Main St, Pearland, TX 77581.
