Mr. Jackie R. Morris' Obituary
Jackie Morris, 74, went home to be with the Lord on October 7, 2018, with family and friends by his side.
Jackie Ray Morris was born, November 27, 1943 in Taylor, Texas to Ira and Claudia Morris. In 1976, Jackie married his wife, Leslie Daniel Morris and the pair soon moved to Houston where they founded Pearlex Machine and Pump Repair.
His interest included guns, skeet shooting, working in his garden, honeybees and western films. Jackie loved his Dogs as well.
Jackie is survived by his wife Leslie, sons, Michael Morris and Rusty Morris and Step-Daughter Stephanie Daniel, four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one Great-great grandson. Jackie spent the later part of doing what he loved most working and repairing pumps in his machine shop at Pearlex Machine.
Visitation will be held on Sunday October 14, from 2-4 p.m. Funeral services will be on Monday October 15, at 10 am. All Services will be held at SouthPark Funeral Home, 1310 N. Main St. Pearland, Texas
