Pita, ( My Pita )...I use to love how all of us grandchildren would argue over who's Pita she was. Was the Best Lady, Women, Mother, Wife, Grandmother anybody could ever have.
Pita took care of us, loved us, taught us how to be strong, smart, have fun and most importantly how To Love.
I was always afraid of the day she would leave this world and now I know why. This world will never be the same without the comfort of knowing she is here.
I loved traveling with her all those summers to visit Tia Juanita, Welita Susana, and everywhere else that we went.
I just want to Thank Tio Moody for loving his momma the way he did, Tio Ceasar was the light of her life.
Pita helped so many people and expected nothing in return. I loved that about her. I also loved, the way she would always want to give you something when you would go visit her.
I thank her for showing me how to love the Church and God. I THANK her everyday for loving me enough to heal me and put protection over me. My Pita was always there for me and my children when we needed her.
OMG!! When she stopped cooking, it nearly killed me because she made the best food ever and still to this day; NO ONE can make TAMALES like her. She even taught us it was OK to add a kick to your coffee in the morning, or pretend you were drinking sprite!!! LOL
She passed her love for dancing onto me.. I thank her for that.
Pita had one of the prettiest SMILES in the world.
I could write 5 books about my Pita and it still would be nowhere near covering what I thought about her.
Pita was the Last OF A Dying breed, She was a REAL ONE!
I Loved and will always love You So Much..
