Ingrid was an adventurer at heart. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, from cruising in her beloved jeep “Kermit” to participating in events like DSCS’ trunk-or-treat and parades. In her earlier years, she relished fishing and hunting, connecting with nature and the outdoors.
But it wasn’t just the serene landscapes that captured Ingrid’s heart. She loved the thrill of the casinos, trying her luck and sharing laughter with friends. And when it came to travel, she and Mike explored the country together, leaving footprints in the sands from Florida to California in one trip.
Ingrid’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. Her laughter, her warmth, and her adventurous spirit will be cherished by family and friends alike. May she rest in peace, her feet now forever cradled by the sands of eternity.
“Life is a journey, and Ingrid danced through it with grace and courage.”
In her earlier years, Ingrid found solace in the great outdoors. Fishing trips were her meditation—a chance to connect with the rhythm of water and the thrill of the catch. Hunting expeditions allowed her to blend seamlessly into the wilderness, becoming one with the forest.
Beyond the thrill, Ingrid cherished serene landscapes—the rustle of leaves, the scent of pine, and the whisper of the wind. She reveled in the quietude, finding solace in the embrace of nature.
Ingrid’s adventurous spirit extended to the glittering world of casinos. She rolled the dice, pulled the lever, and reveled in the uncertainty. The clinking of coins and the anticipation of a winning hand filled her with glee. But it wasn’t just about luck; it was about shared moments with friends, creating memories that sparkled like neon lights.
Ingrid and Mike were kindred souls, wanderers seeking hidden gems across the country. From the sandy shores of Florida to the rugged cliffs of California, they left footprints etched in memories. Their love story unfolded on highways, under star-studded skies, and amidst roadside diners.
Ingrid Good’s legacy lives on—a tapestry woven with adventure, laughter, and love. As she embarks on her final journey, may the winds carry her spirit to distant horizons, where the sunsets are eternal, and the roads stretch forever.
“And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.” —John Muir
