Howard D. Williams, 81, born in Nixon, Texas passed away on December 27, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife Zelma Williams, daughters Catherine and Joni. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 2, 2017 at 12:30 PM at SouthPark Funeral Home, visitation will start 1 hour prior to services.
